Initial Consultation

First, you will sit down with our swimming pool and landscape experts to discuss your vision and ideas. It is important to us that your voice is heard during this step and throughout the entirety of your project. As we sit down, you can explain your expectations, desires, budget, and more. Working together through this consultation, we will create a rough outline for your project.

Our team member will also perform a site analysis to see what is feasible. These measurements will provide our designers with all the details they need to create a design for your project. It will also help you move forward comfortably, knowing that everything you want will come together once our team hits the final nail on its head.

3D Design

After meeting for the initial consultation and discussing project expectations, our team will move forward, designing the design layout and details. Our professional designer will use state-of-the-art 3D technology to render your design and build out the project plan. Once the project is fully designed, our team will send the digital renderings to you for approval.

You will virtually walk through the design, exploring everything to its last detail. Your input is an integral component of this process. If you wish for any changes, our designers will work with you to go back and forth until everything is just as you want it.

Building

Once you approve the final design and give us the go-ahead, we’ll develop your project using the highest quality materials and latest technology. Our professional team will work tirelessly, ensuring that your project fits your vision. SBI will also handle every inch of the building process. Our team does everything from design to excavating, swimming pools and spas, building, landscaping, concrete and everything else.
